Starc is a friendly and affectionate fella who enjoys your company, he is working on consistency with his loose lead walking. He gets in and out of the back of the station wagon without assistance and navigates the stairs well. He has spent time being social with the variety of sizes and breeds of dogs. He would be better suited to a female dog if sharing his home.
Starc is in foster care and will be available after 23rd of April
