Tommy is a lovely friendly boy, he is learning all about the pet world and would be ideally be suited to foster care or an adoption home willing to assist his transition. Tommy has been interacting with the other breeds of dogs and learning polite leash manners.
Tommy is confident getting in and out of the car unassisted and navigating stairs.
