Flash is a happy and excitable boy. He is full of enthusiasm. He is learning to walk more calmly on lead and to be more settled inside the house. He is a quick learner.
Flash has met other breeds of dogs and his interactions so far have all been polite.
It would benefit Flash to go through foster care before he looks for his forever home
