Fran is a sweet girl, she loves going out for a walk with you and being in your company. Fran generally gets along well with other dogs, she has been good with the adults and children she has interacted with.
Fran walks well on a loose lead, she gets in and out of a station wagon unassisted and navigates stairs easily.
Fran is not suited to a farm environment, she briefly went to a home but found the action of the farm and the animals too much excitement for her. She was fostered in a suburban area and this seems to have suited her best
